Order Processing
All event tickets are sent to the email address provided when purchasing a ticket. We do not ship event tickets by mail unless it’s made by special request info@vlaczek.be

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email and a link where you can download your ticket. At this stage, please allow time for order processing. Normally everything is processed within 5 minutes, but it can take longer for a variety of reasons such as server loads.
